Crashlamp recording studio is looking to open it's door for business. If you are looking for a studio in the Quad Cities to record your music and or video at a very reasonable price, crashlamp is here for you. Crashlamp is owned and operated by Shane Landstrom at his home in Rock Island, Illinois. He is also a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist including guitar, bass, vocals, drums, keyboards, piano, trumpet, violin and harmonica. Crashlamp has a wide selection of high quality microphones, preamps, eq's, compressors, software and effects. The studio charges a flat fee of $25 per hour for all services, including tracking, mixing, mastering, video shooting and video editing, the only exclusion being if you record to analog tape. The hourly rate for tape is $28 per hour plus the cost of the tape. You can also book an 10 hour day for $225 ($250 for tape).
